✅ Vehicles are not permitted out of state (Maryland), Virginia & Delaware without prior authorization.
✅ Renter is responsible for all charges if a third party fails to pay.
✅ The vehicle must be returned at the same level of fuel as it was picked up. Failure to do so, will result in a refueling charge of $10 + the cost of the fuel.
✅ Customer is responsible for parking and traffic violations plus a 4% + 30c processing fee.
✅ If a vehicle is returned extremely dirty, evidence of pets, littered, stained, there will be a $150.00 cleaning charge.
✅ If there is evidence of smoking in the vehicle, there will be a charge of $250.00
